  • What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is US$3,000, which can be structured as:

• MOQ for handmade items: 24 units
• MOQ for manual machine-knit items: 24 units per design/size, or 60 units total
  • Which fibers do you work with?

We specialize in baby alpaca, alpaca blends, Pima cotton, and other natural fiber blends.

  • What techniques do you work with?

The KUSIKUSI collection is developed using handcrafted techniques, including hand knitting, crochet, and manual knitting machines. Rather than industrial mass production, we focus on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the unique character of every piece.

  • Do you offer custom designs and private label?

Yes. We collaborate with brands to develop custom knitwear designs, from product development and sampling to final production. We also offer private label manufacturing.

  • What are your lead times?

Our standard production lead time is approximately 3–6 months from production confirmation to shipment. A detailed production schedule is established during the development process.
