When you pre-order from KUSIKUSI, you’re reserving a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece created with care by our talented women artisans in rural Peru. Here’s what you need to know:

1. Why Pre-Order?
Your pre-order helps us produce responsibly, minimize waste, and ensure fair wages for our artisans. Every purchase supports our mission to celebrate craftsmanship and empower communities.

2. Payment and Reservation

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your item.
• The purchase of pre-order items can be made with Credit Card only.
• Please note that pre-orders are treated as a standard order and the payment will be taken from your account as a normal transaction.

3. Estimated Delivery
Our artisans take their time to create your piece. Estimated delivery is within 30 to 55 days depending on the design you order.  We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

4. Shipping In-Stock Items
If you combine pre-order and in-stock items, we’ll ship everything together once your pre-order is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

5. Transparency in Production
Should there be any changes to timelines, you’ll receive timely updates. We’re here to ensure your experience is smooth and transparent and you get a unique piece.
